Our work tends to be on client sites in SE Asia - Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand mostly. Travel is part of our work but equally we work from home when sensible. We're a modern company using all the technology available to make our work more efficient, effective, and stay agile - just what we do for our customers too!

Our Steps

1. We ACKNOWLEDGE all applications within 2 business days. (If you do not hear from us within this time, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or email with the SUBJECT title “STATUS REQUEST - <name of position>”)  (Sometimes our anti-SPAM software blocks emails, so please do not hesitate contacting us to check).

2. We CONSIDER all applications and respond within 7 days, usually much quicker. (If you do not hear from us within this time, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or email with the SUBJECT title “STATUS REQUEST - <name of position>”)

3. Our next step is to perform a TELEPHONE INTERVIEW at a time convenient with yourself to clarify information you provide us. We will decide at the end of that phone call if we would like to meet you to discuss matters further.

4. We then hold a FOCUSSED INTERVIEW to really understand your skills and explain our company positions.

5. We may then hold a FINAL INTERVIEW to explore your skills with another member of our organisation or in more depth.

6. Within 7 days of the final interview we will indicate to you our desire to OFFER TO EMPLOY you, or not.

At all times, we welcome your open enquiries as to the status of your application, how well your skills meet our requirements, or other issues you may have. It’s vital to us both that we each have a good understanding of the relationship we are about to commit to.
